Welcome to the website for the Daya Class Action Settlement Administration. The purpose of this website is to provide visitors with information relating to the settlement and the settlement claims process.

The Daya Class Action Settlement is for the benefit of women who underwent a Tompkins Metroplasty performed by Dr. Salim Daya at the Hamilton Health Sciences Corporation during the period January 1, 1990 to March 31, 2004, inclusive and certain members of their families.

The deadlines to opt out of this class action or to make a claim in this class action have run.

The Court order permitting payment to eligible Class Members and Family Class Members from the Base Fund was entered on August 12, 2008. These payments were mailed by the Administrator on August 15, 2008.

Claims for additional compensation and contested Family Class payments will not be available until the required hearings are completed and necessary Court orders obtained. Information on timing of these payments will be posted on this website when available.
